Hyperclean  SMT Stencil Wiper Rolls

  • 100% Polypropylene fibres so can be recycled within the plastics chain.
  • Thermally bonded, No chemical binders and very low chloride content.
  • Apertures are getting smaller but Hyperclean is non-linting so will not block the stencil.
  • Solvent is rapidly absorbed across the fabric in a capillary action putting the solvent where it is needed for effective cleaning with the potential for solvent reduction.
  • The fabric traps the solder paste within the fibres unlike paper products where the paste stays on the surface creating potential for contamination as the paste dries out.
  • Hyperclean is STATIC DISSIPATIVE, typically 108 ohms surface resistance according to ANSI ESD STM S11.11.
  • Hyperclean is available in a wide range of models. Roll lengths can be customised for maximum efficiency.
