SwiftVac Twin Nozzle Vacuum Sealing Machine

SwiftVac is a versatile, reliable vacuum sealing machine which can be used on a wide variety of plastic films and laminates such as:

PE/Nylon, Metallised PET/PE, PET or Nylon/aluminium foil laminates up to 180 microns (7 mils) thickness.

SwiftVac can be fabricated using a plywood/Formica laminate frame (white) or stainless steel for clean room applications. SwiftVac machines are custom made but we have a standard model with a 24" (610 mms) long sealing bar.

SwiftVac is an impulse heat sealing system so there is no heating up time and energy is not wasted when the machine is not in use. The premier quality heating element is good for up to 50,000 cycles.

Vacuum is generated by a vacuum ejector powered by a 6 bar compressed air supply which gives a quiet operation as no motor is required and so less maintenance.

Evacuation of the air is rapid and so cycle times are reduced.

Easy controls for heating, cooling and vacuum means little training is required. SwiftVac can be used as an ordinary heat sealing machine at the flick of a switch.

Replacement of the Teflon and foams is a simple and speedy operation requiring minimum down time.
